1️ How do I register? ✅

Enter this link : https://app.tribboo.co/register

👉 Three options : 

• Create your user with your email and password
• Register with Facebook
• Sign up with Google, through your gmail account.

Once you have created your profile, you can log in again at any time via this link:

At Tribboo, construction quotes can be created in several ways, our technology allows us to adjust the creation of quotes according to your needs and the way you work. 

‍

Each project you create can be modified as and when you want. We want you to achieve a budget adapted to your needs.

2️. Create your first project ✅

• Name of the project / 
• Id : Customer's VAT number or Tax ID number
• Client's name 
• Description of the work
• Add a tag, so you can categorise and filter your projects.

3️. Create your first contact ✅

• First name / Surname
• Email
• Mobile
• VAT NUMBER
• Name of the company
• Address 
• Add a tag, so you can categorise and filter your customers.

‍

4️. Choose how to start your project ✅

👉Option 1: Upload a .bc3 file and get an indicative quote automatically.

👉Option 2: Start from scratch, with Tribboo. Create your budget manually, creating your own chapters and items.

*These chapters and items can be modified, deleted, and new ones added.

5️. Work on creating your budget ✅.

⚡️Option 1: From uploading a BC3 file.

‍

This is the format most commonly used by architects. It is a priority for us that you can read this type of file, so that we can adapt to your way of working in the best possible way.

‍

Simply select the file that corresponds to the project you want to mount (from your desktop):

‍

Once you have uploaded the file, your chapters and line items will be automatically created with market reference prices. 

*These chapters and items can be modified, deleted, and new ones added. 

⚡️Option 2: Start from 0, with Tribboo.

‍

If you usually work with excel, and do not receive BC3 files from architects, this option is made for you.

‍

Search for the name of the games in our system and add them to a chapter. Simply check the first few letters of your game and a list will appear. You will save a lot of time with this step. 

‍

👉 You will have access to :

‍

• Prices from our database; market reference prices
• History ; prices of your old projects. 
• Target price, the price you have chosen between the first two; it will serve as a basis for your budget.

‍

You can also add your own heading name, with your price:

‍

• Create your first chapter
• Create your game 
• Choose the option "create game manually".
• Add your price in the "target price" part.

‍

‍

🗣 How do I upload the prices of my old projects to the Tribboo platform?

‍

Very easy, on the home page, click on :

‍

‍

🗣 What format should the file be in?

‍

Excel format, with three single columns : 

‍

• Measurements 
• Name of departure 
• Cost price 

‍

Send us your files by email to nicolas@tribboo.co, we will check the format and test them directly on the platform.

‍

6️. Send your cost estimate to your suppliers ✅.

This is an essential step in establishing a real final quote. At Tribboo, we want to avoid a price disparity between the final estimate and the real cost of the material. 

‍

We give you the possibility to consult with your suppliers. 

‍

Select chapters / sub-chapters or line items that correspond to your supplier and send them from the platform, in excel format.

‍

👉 Click on the chapter or item you are interested in sending to your supplier:

‍

👉 Click Send

‍

👉 Choose the format

‍

‍

👉 Choose your provider, and write your message

‍

‍

A tip : Have the suppliers fill in another excel column with "real prices" so you can update your prices on the Tribboo platform, in the "target price" part. Once you validate the cost estimate, you can move on to the next step of "final estimate".

7️. Create your final budget ✅

The final quotation corresponds to the quotation you will send to your customers. 

‍

Step 1: add the margin you want to apply to your cost prices

In the same way that you have sent the construction estimate to your suppliers, you can send it to your clients, in excel or PDF format. We have created an attractive estimate template for your clients!

‍
